Email Advice Service

The Bureau has suspended its e-mail advice service. Sadly, due to lack of funding, the Bureau can no longer operate its e-mail advice facility. We hope to relaunch this service to York clients later this year.

You can still get help from the phone lines 08444 111 444 or 0300 330 0650 from a mobile phone. There's also the Gateway service, no appointment necessary, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30 - 12.00 and outreach services at Haxby, Heworth and Huntington. We will make appointments for clients who have used the Gateway service or we may suggest other organisations that can help.

New Outreach Advice Sessions in Heworth and Haxby Wards

A drop-in advice outreach service begins on May 11th, running on alternate Wednesdays at Oaken Grove, Haxby and St. Wulstan's Church, Heworth.

No appointments are necessary, just call in.
